How do I return a product?

Would you like to return an item back to us?

When you send them back to us, please include:

  • A copy of your original invoice
  • A letter explaining your request for a credit note* or a refund**

The credit note will be visible in your customer account and can be used for one year (simply select this option when you next order from us). This credit note can be refunded upon request (via email or by calling our customer service team).

** The refund will be processed within 15 days after receiving your package and will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order.

Note: In this case, the return shipping costs remain your responsibility. The processing time for returns is approximately 5 to 7 days from the moment we receive the returned products. In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. As a result, returns of products that are damaged, washed and/or worn will be refused.

You have 14 days to return your product to us if it does not suit you.

Specific conditions for shoes - sneakers

In the case of a return request for products such as "sneakers" or "shoes", the refund can only be made under the following conditions:

  • The pair of shoes must not have been used
  • The shoe sole is in perfect condition
  • The product is neither stained nor damaged and is returned in its original packaging. The packaging must be returned intact.

Specific conditions applicable to the sale of underwear, hygiene and perfumes

Product types covered: boxers, briefs, underwear, socks, bralettes, swimsuits, and care sprays/kits.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, bralettes, swimsuits, care sprays, and care kits are not eligible for withdrawal once they have been opened, tried on, or unsealed. Perfumes may only be returned if their original packaging is intact, unopened, and sealed. Any perfume that has been opened or whose seal has been broken is not eligible for withdrawal. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Customer’s rights remain fully applicable.

How do I return an item?

1 - Inform us of your intention to return a product:

  • Go to the order tracking page and click on the following link: TRACK ORDER
  • Click on the details of the relevant order, then click on "return procedure for this order"

NB: An order with the status “shipped” can only be returned within 14 days.

2 - Complete the return form as follows:

  • Select the items you wish to return
  • Select an option from the “Reason for return” menu and add further details in the “Problem description” field
  • Select your preferred refund method
    Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of your parcel, using the same payment method as your original order
  • Your form will be validated and you will receive a summary of the return procedure (our customer service will be notified)
  • Once your return is registered and validated, you can download the return form in PDF format via your order details

3 - Prepare your return parcel:

  • Use a standard shipping box or reuse the original packaging
  • Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging inside the parcel
  • Check the accuracy of the information on your return slip and include it in the parcel
  • Seal your parcel carefully to prevent it from opening during transit
  • Attach the pre-printed return label in a visible position on the parcel
  • Go to a drop-off point to return your parcel

Processing time

Return processing takes approximately 5 to 7 days after receipt of the returned items. In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Returns of damaged, washed and/or worn products will therefore be refused (except in exceptional cases by Ryses, for example in the case of a proven product defect).

Possible return fees

  • Depending on the reason for the return, a fixed fee of €5.99 (incl. VAT) for the prepaid label may be deducted from your refund
  • If the return is due to an error by LaBoutiqueOfficielle.com, return costs will be fully covered by Ryses

Specific conditions for certain products

For products such as “sneakers” or “shoes”, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The pair of shoes has not been used
  • The sole is in perfect condition
  • The product is not stained or damaged and is returned in its original packaging
    The packaging must be returned intact

Special conditions applicable to underwear and care products

Product types concerned: boxers, briefs, underwear, socks, bras, swimwear, sprays and care kits

For hygiene reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer for this type of product.

Special conditions for gift packaging - gift bags

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, products identified as “gift packaging” or “gift bags” cannot be returned or exchanged.
