We want our customers to be well aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to an opening and inspection procedure by customs authorities.




How to make a return?

1- Indicate your intention to return a product:

  • Go to the order tracking page, click on the following link: ORDER TRACKING
  • Click on the details of the concerned order, then click on "return procedure on this order"

Note: A return can only be made on an order with status "shipped" and within 14 days.

2- Fill out the return procedure form as follows:

  • Select the items you wish to return
  • Select an option in the "Reason for return" menu and add additional information in the "Problem description" box
  • Select your preferred refund method
    The refund is made within a maximum of 15 days from the reception of your parcel by the same payment method used at the time of your order
  • Your form is validated, and you obtain the summary of your return procedure (our customer service is informed)
  • Once your return is recorded and validated, your return label will be downloadable in PDF format in your order details.

3- Prepare your return parcel:

  • Choose a postal standardized box, or reuse the box in which the products were sent to you
  • Place the products you want to return inside the parcel in their original packaging
  • Verify the accuracy of the information on your return slip and place it inside the parcel
  • Close your parcel carefully to avoid any opening during transport
  • Stick the provided prepaid return label on a clearly visible side of the parcel

Additional information on returns:

Processing times

The return processing time is about 5 to 7 days from receipt of returned products. According to the general terms of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, returns of damaged, washed and/or worn products will be refused (except exceptional appreciation by Ryses, e.g., in case of a proven defect on the product).

Possible return fees

  • Depending on the reason for return, a flat amount of €5.99 including tax for the prepaid label may be deducted from your refund
  • In the case of a return due to an error by Ryses, return costs will be fully borne by Ryses

Processing times

In the case of a return procedure for products categorized as "sneakers" or "shoes", the refund can only be made under the following conditions:

  • The pair of shoes has not been used
  • The sole of the shoe is in perfect condition
  • The product is neither stained nor damaged and is returned in its original packaging.
    The packaging must be returned intact.

Specific conditions applicable to sales of underwear and care products

Types of products concerned: Boxers, briefs, underwear, socks, bras, swimwear, spray and care kits

For hygiene reasons, except for manufacturing defect, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer for this type of sales contract.

How to make a return?

If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return procedure

  • We recommend sending your package via La Poste, including the following:
    • A copy of your initial invoice (downloadable from your customer account)
    • A freehand note explaining if you want a credit (valid for 1 year and usable directly from your customer account during your next order) or a refund

To know

The credit is refundable at any time upon simple request to our customer service (by email or phone).

The refund is made within 15 days maximum after receiving your package, by the same payment method used during the purchase.

  • The soles must be intact
  • The product must be clean, undamaged and returned in its original packaging in perfect condition
  • The shoe box must not be used as a shipping box; it must be placed within another box

You made a mistake in choosing your size or product, you want to make a return:

  • We recommend sending the merchandise back through La Poste including:
    • A copy of your initial invoice
    • A freehand note indicating your wish to obtain either a credit* or a refund**

*The credit is visible and usable from your customer account for one year (simple checkbox during the summary of your next order). This credit remains refundable upon simple request (email or call to our Customer Service).
**The refund is made within a maximum of 15 days from the reception of your parcel by the same payment method used at the time of your order.
