Yes, our website uses HTTPS for security and our payment partner, Hipay, ensures the safety of all transactions on Ryses. We comply with CNIL regulations (French data protection authority) and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information.

Ryses is part of the LaBoutiqueOfficielle.com group. A leading e-commerce streetwear company founded in 2007 and based in Lyon, France. We specialise in streetwear sneakers, clothing and accessories and have more than 300 brands in our portfolio.

> Where do we ship to?

We deliver to the European Union and Switzerland, Canada, USA, Algeria and Iceland. For more information about shipping costs and returns, please take a look at our Delivery and Returns page.

> Which delivery options do we offer?

We offer Standard Home Delivery or Pickup Point Delivery. For more information related to your country, please go to our Delivery and Returns page.

> How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders generally take between 3 – 5 working days to arrive depending on your country. (Please refer to the page Delivery & Returns for more precise information).

> Do you deliver the UK?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver the UK at the moment but watch this space, we are working on it!

> How much does shipping cost?

Prices vary depending on whether or not you want to be delivered at home or at a pickup point but also on the country. Prices vary between 3,99€ and 9,99€. Delivery can also be free of charge depending on your country and order amount. Please look at our Delivery and Returns page for more specific information relating to your country.

> What can I do if the products I've ordered still haven't arrived?

You can contact us via the Contact Form located in your Profile section or by telephone on +33 4 82 54 00 02. A Customer Service representative will be able to answer your questions from Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm.

> I'm having trouble ordering online. Who do I contact?

For all problems relating to your order, please contact our Customer Service department : contact@ryses.com. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

> Can I change my order?

You can change your order if it has not yet been prepared and dispatched. Please contact Customer Service at contact@ryses.com or by telephone on +33 4 82 54 00 02 from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm.

> Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not been prepared or dispatched, by calling us on +33 4 82 54 00 02. Alternatively, you can return the product to us once you've received it (14-day cooling-off period) at the following address :

> Which payment methods can I use ?

We accept most credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact) and Paypal (depending on your country Paypal offers Buy Now Pay Later options). You will also soon be able to pay with Apple Pay / Google Pay so watch this space !

> Can I buy now and pay later ?

This is possible via Paypal (depending on your country, please check directly with Paypal as this option isn’t available for all countries).

> I've received products that don't match my order, what should I do?

> How can I find the right size for my item?

Please check the "Size Guide" page at the bottom of the website or look directly at the size guides shown on each product page.

> Is it possible to change my payment?

If you have already paid then it is not possible to change your payment method.
