How do I measure?

Head circumference: measure at forehead level.

Chest circumference: stand up straight and measure in the middle of the torso.

Waist circumference: measure at belly button level.

Hip circumference: measure at the widest point of the pelvis.

Foot length: brace your heel against a wall and measure from wall to toe.
